The DC offers a growing body of Feldenkrais® professional education materials and products. The development of Moshe Feldenkrais' method spanned over 30 years. His original teachings, in the form of an extensive collection of videos, audio tapes and publications are authentically preserved by the International Feldenkrais Federation's Archive of the Feldenkrais Method®, and made available to you as teaching resources through the work of the IFF Distribution Center. For the professional Feldenkrais community, access to these original teachings is invaluable. This work provides a dynamic connection to the master-mind of the Method, bridging a gap of knowledge that might otherwise be passed on only through interpretation.
DC Materials are offered in a variety of formats: spiral bound transcripts, DVD Audio/Visual, MP3 Audio, Data DVD and VHS. Please refer to Product Format section for further information about these formats.
Some visual and/or audio distortion may be present on some audio/visual materials. This is due to the age and format of the original materials. Every effort has been made to create a “clean” finished product to the extent that technology and available finances allow. Enjoy these materials, brought to you by the many dedicated volunteers of the International Feldenkrais Federation, the IFF Archive Working Group and the IFF Distribution Center.

The San Francisco training was the first held in North America during 1975 and 1976. It is remembered for its informal and friendly atmosphere.
